Pricing

An initial email or phone conversation to determine whether I’m the right person for the job is free. After that, I charge $120 /hour for my services. Many issues can be resolved in just 1 hour.

For in-your-home services I charge for 1 hour minimum, but I don’t charge for my travel time as long as it’s 20 minutes or less each way. The map below shows you what that coverage area looks like. After the first hour, I charge in 15 minute increments ($30 /quarter hour). Each in-home visit comes with 2 weeks of e-mail follow up support.

For live remote services I charge for one half hour minimum ($60). I use Skype screen sharing to let me see what you’re seeing on your computer and assist you while we talk. It’s the next best thing to being there, and lets me help people who live farther away. It’s also a way for you to save a little money if you believe your issue can be resolved in about a half hour. This service also comes with 2 weeks of e-mail follow up support.

For e-mail support alone, I charge $30 for 2 weeks of support. I respond to each email within 24 hours.
