I want to make visitors here aware of the helpful resources available at the Apple Store because, while I’m happy to get your business, I feel like I’m cheating you if I take your money without telling you first about the inexpensive and even free alternatives available to you. When you choose to hire me, I want it to be a well informed choice.
I do business locally in Ann Arbor Michigan. If you don’t already know, we have an Apple Store at the Briarwood Mall, and they are an excellent resources for all things Apple related. Let me tell you what I mean.
Genius Bar
First, there is the Genius Bar. You can make an appointment at the Apple Store Genius Bar to speak with an Apple expert about all kinds of things related to Apple products, and it’s free. They don’t come to your home and you may need to bring your Apple device with you, but if that’s not an issue for you, you can get a lot of great help this way. Also, depending on how recently you purchased your computer and what level of AppleCare you got with it, you may be able to get free phone or online chat support.
Workshops
Second, there are the workshops. The Apple Store offers workshops where you can learn about their products and how to use them. They even have what they call studio hours, where you can get help working on specific projects. Again, you may need to bring your Apple device to get the most out of these workshops and studios.
Now if you want to get help in your home, or if you need help with something that just isn’t covered by these options, or for any other reason prefer to get my help, I’m happy to lend a hand. I just want to make sure that you know your options.
